We and others have lost £20K investing to become Sequoia Homes partner just to find out we have been sold an online course to learn how to connect with letting agents to get HMO properties. You will only know this after you pay and sign the contract then it’s too late.
Its a SCAM AVOID IT! I lost £7K part of group investment in this so called HALAL property investment. You will not now the plan only after you pay and sign the contract. The plan is you will be a salesman going around letting agencies and that's it.
Be careful with these guys here After rushing me to pay a portion of holding deposit £400 for a Flat that I failed to rent they disappeared finding excuses not to refund my 240£ left ! Very bad customer service and unprofessional people! They only blamed Bairstove eves Estate agents I am still waiting for someone to contact me after almost 1 month, no email, no phone calls from that Guy named Mr Mustafa who is now somewhere in the world
