I asked for assistance from two clerks. One said she would send someone over and did not. Another said she would get a make up artist to help me and came back with a brush and said, “here play with these.” My response was no thank you, I’m leaving. Yes they are busy, but they can work on their customer service skills.

People over there have some attitude problem especially the manager hate the return policy it takes them forever to do the return sometimes they are out of product they should keep alot of quantity. I had worse experience of my life and this is the only one Near my house unfortunately. They never even answer your phone when u call them or they put us on long hold.

So disappointed! I was approached by two different saleswomen. After detailing what I needed, they pointed the display case to me, even after informing them I was looking for more than one item. A half hour later, I’m leaving because even after telling a THIRD person, I was told they could only offer to help me after 35 minutes. Poor customer service.
