RecommendedI went in today just to get some new foundation and ended up getting an entire makeup look done. Maddie did such an awesome job and she was so nice and fun and explained everything to me. I have always had great luck getting my makeup done here. I will continue to shop here.
this sephora at rosedale was crap. I go in there bare faced and not one single person said anything to me...no Hi, no can I help you? was I too ugly???
The customer service is horrible whatever happened to talking to people getting connected and finding out what a customers needs are nope not at this SEPHORA these ladies rather be cash wrap bugs and look at you while you try to figure out what you need and laugh their personalities were very dry and the sad part they were training a new one WOW!!!! good luck with that I’ll keep it moving and go somewhere else

RecommendedThe two employees who were working today were amazing. Nick and Ashley were so helpful , kind , patient, the store looked great. They made me feel so welcomed the second I walked in. They had so much knowledge about all the products in the store. 10/10 will be coming back, keep up the good work Nick and Ashley . ❤️
RecommendedI love Sephora so much. It really helps when the employees are truly nice and help you find exactly what you need. I was there on 2/18 and this really nice gal, Allie (I’m not sure how to spell her name) helped me with color matching a foundation for me. She did a great job with that and I LOVE the Estée Lauder foundation! Anyways, she was super sweet and the experience was great! I’m just trying to be her friend, so if anyone knows who that is... let ya girl know. Lol
RecommendedI went in not knowing what to expect as I wasn’t dressed up and haven’t used makeup in a few years. I was blown away. I was helped by two people. Sebastian really took his time with me and made me feel so comfortable! They recommended the perfect foundation and shades for my face! I can’t wait to go back and try some new lip shades!! Sebastian is so kind and a brow master!!! 💛💜❤️
RecommendedThey were all the friendliest sales associates I have ever seen in a store. It was my first time in that specific Sephora. I was greeted when I walked in. And then asked right away by another if she could help me find anything. She helped me find a face mask. The cashier was very friendly and polite as well. Very good experience with that store. Too bad it's not close where I live.
