I really liked coming here on a lunch hour to test drive a new lip color or get advice on skin care but will have to find another Sephora since DTD is implementing a $20 min. purchase to get parking validations after the first 15 minutes. This is worse than Pacific City in HB. Sad.
Anytime, am in the downtown area of Disney. I love stopping by. Always greeted and asked if anything in particular or if I have questions. Sakes associate I have encountered every time, knowledgeable, friendly and will give you their honest opinion. I love this Sephora.
Malissa did my daughter make up for her prom and let me tell you she's a pro and she did an awesome job awesome attitude and Lidia helped us once we got there and she was awesome she came and checked on us and has an awesome attitude no regrets awesome place. Thanks again
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! They have the best make-up artists, Janette, Katie and Sarah are so helpful and sweet! They are happy to answer ALL your questions and take time to assist with color matching. All the associates are nice.
I came in to the store with the intention of buying something, particularly to get my hands on some Kat Von D products(I bought more then $120 worth of product). My friend and I felt extremely uncomfortable while we were in the store looking around and swatching. Instead of the employees offering to help us they we're watching us like hawks and they didn't make it discrete either.
