Nancy was incredible. She made sure I had a basket and when I asked for a recommendation for a cream contour stick, she made sure we found one for my skin tone. No one was overly intrusive while I browsed and was available to help me when I asked.
Sephora employees have bad days too! I must say my experience this last Sunday was much better than my experience a month ago. But all in all I get that it's not the most laid back place to work.
First off let’s start with why they only had one employee working?! Second, of all she kept telling me for over 45 minutes “I’ll be right with you.” Let’s, just say she NEVER assisted me and after over and hour of waiting I ended up leaving! Waste of time!
