Very poor customer service. I was in the store for 10 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Then when I did get approached the lady was very short and didn't seem to care. Never again.

I was accused of stealing a fenty highlighter last night because I didn't want a bag. I would understand if the associate asked kindly to see my receipt, but instead she called after me and embarrassed me by shouting, "MAAM DID YOU PAY FOR THAT FENTY PRODUCT?!" What is it with this store and assuming theft? They need to install security instead of harping on everyone!

I went in to see the foundations no one said hello no one asked if I needed assistance the associates where talking to each other I went all around and only the chashier was friendly and nice she greeted me and my husband I fell inlove with the Chanel fragrance Gabrielle I tried by my self and my husband purchased for me.

Was super excited about this trip being as I didn't know there was a Sephora in Pueblo! Ya well the young lady working wasn't in to helping, wasn't too friendly either. Which I applied here 2 times have experience in the industry, and I'd be way more excited to work here and show people new brands( fenty) and just test and sample things. Show them on sale hot items. I will be in to spend the rest of my Sephora gift card and hope that maybe I get a better greeting and service.
