Horrible customer service, they definitely have a problem with racially profiling! They should reevaluate who they hire as managers. I'm disgusted with this location. And won't ever bring my business to this location.
I really liked coming here on a lunch hour to test drive a new lip color or get advice on skin care but will have to find another Sephora since DTD is implementing a $20 min. purchase to get parking validations after the first 15 minutes. This is worse than Pacific City in HB. Sad.
WORST customer service from one very rude employee. As a VIB, I will never shop at this location ever again. Extremely disappointed.

Great service asked for my perfume it wasn't on the showcase but I had someone help me and she went ahead and checked for my favorite perfume and there were 2 left and I'm happy!!
Everyone was so nice and helped me find the perfect moisturizer and foundation and finally stated using color lipstick 💄 👄 love it here 😍
