Can't speak highly enough of Lisa and Tao. We had a pretty frustrating experience as FTB, with conveyancing that dragged on for months (sellers even changing solicitors halfway through), but SeOUL were the one highlight. Lisa was on the phone chasing both sets of solicitors, sourcing planning documents from the council, anything she could do to keep the purchase moving forwards. Lost count of how many times I called or emailed but they were never anything but helpful and quick to respond.
It’s a late review but it was a great experience finding a home to let with Seoul Residential. Esther was very accommodating, and answered all our enquiries. They are very helpful in dealing with our emergencies now that we have settled in.
I have lived in New Malden for the last 3 years, and during that time I’ve had not one, but two deeply disappointing encounters with SeOUL Estate Agents. The first was when I initially moved to the area. I reached out to them regarding rental properties, and they were almost impossible to get hold of. When I finally managed to speak to someone, it was abundantly clear they had no real interest in doing business with me. I was told they would follow up shortly, unsurprisingly, they never did. I was desperately looking for a property to rent immediately and Ian was reacting everything so quickly, from viewing to move in only took 2.5 days which is really appreciated!
