I highly recommend Sentry as a new and better type of factor. The owners at Park Gate had experienced a succession of problems of poor attention and unresponsiveness on the part of two previous factors. As we sought a replacement we were often despondent about finding an adequate one. We took on Sentry to replace our old factor and couldn't be happier. Excellent engagement and open communication. Actively seeks positive change if needed, and seeks to cut costs that are reflected back to all of us. Highly recommended!

Can't fault Sentry at all. They (and in particular Gary Russell) were always very proactive, communicative, and accomodating in my experience. Whenever I had a query I recieved a response same day and the issue was usually resolved not too far beyond that, a huge step up from the previous factor. Were I to move and find my building being managed by Sentry I'd be really pleased.

Sentry seem a very competent organisation at getting on top of property issues, and their staff produce regular and very detailed explanations and updates to home owners and landlords

The only good factors' service out there in my experience. Refreshingly proactive, helpful and clear - and now outrageously priced.
