It can't now that its run like a corporation they do care about anything but money how to charge for every little thing they are now talking about charging for the air you breath in the hospital if you want to stay alive stay away from va beach general hospital Worst Drs and nurses UNBELIEVABLE I never thought this would happen the government does not have a choice but to take over the whole medical system. YOU WILL DIE IF YOU GO HERE FOR TREATMENT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
After my daughter was transported here from Sentara Bayside she has been here for 13 hours waiting for a MRI only to be told it will be tomorrow.
Recommendedif there is great the nurses on second floor and neuro are amazing. My daughter is there being cared for and she has been getting the best care that I could even ask for. they're on time they're not mean they're very caring they've gone above and beyond to make her stay there comfortable

i want to commend Mr. Lawrence who is an outstanding employee at your hospial. He was so helpful as we were in the waiting room in the endoscopy section recently. He exemplifies professional and went out of his way for us.
Staff was very nice and caring.
Great experience for having to spend time in an Emergency Department. Staff was outstanding having to deal with me and my injuries including my foot and leg cramps which made it harder for them. They were very thorough, proficient, and compassionate. I left the hospital with the materials needed for my doctor in Louisville Kentucky to do the necessary surgery. Thank you for your wonderful care.
