Have used Senior Vehicle Rental in Walsall for van hire and it was a great experience; process for picking up and dropping off was smooth and easy. The van was in immaculate condition inside and out. Would certainly recommend for service and customer care.

Booked a transit for myself upon collection there was an issue, due to a previous booking, however Kevin explained the situation and upgraded me to a LWB Sprinter and i couldnt be grateful enough as it allowed me hit 2 birds with 1 stone. An extremely profesessional individual and top notch customer service, clean vehicles, will highly recommend and will book again.

Agreed with the manager to collect Friday AFTER 4PM. told to bring utility bill and bank statement for identity regarding the insurance. Turned up at 17.03pm Friday to collect the vehicle and pay the deposit which was deducted from my bank card at 17.08pm Unfortunately I'd forgotten to bring a bank statement and utility bill which i told manager (My Bad)!
