Since moving in to my apartment with a patio, I had to clean up cigarette butts and litter every week from a tenant living above me. Senate Square Management never dealt with this problem, and after complaining for months they offered to move me to a different unit in the building. Have had nothing but issues since the second we walked in. Do not live here. Apartment was not cleaned or painted before our move-in day, and appliances were broken when we tried to move in. AC broke the first weekend we were here. Still waiting for a functioning apartment 20 days after move-in date. Staff does not communicate with each other, so nothing gets accomplished. Definitely the worst decision we've ever made to move here. The price does not match what you get.
Nice place to live in. Middle of DC and on H Street.
An amazing place with more amenities than I've ever seen. Anywhere!
