RecommendedAs a resident for 3 years - I would def recommend moving into Senate Square. First, you can't beat the location - it's in the heart of it all in D.C., steps from the red line, the capitol, NoMa, h-street, and Union Market I walk to most places in D.C. One really underrated part of living here is being literally right next to a Giant, it's so nice to be able to walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes. Best place I have ever lived! Daily cleaning crew so the facility is kept very clean, friendly concierge who help with everything, and best part they love pets. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone. The floor to ceiling windows aren’t too bad either!

I’ve been living here for 6 months and it’s an amazing building. The amenities are unparalleled and the community is active. The staff are very attentive, especially Marlene and Allen, who go above and beyond to help you. Would definitely recommend living here! Plus the view ain’t bad!

We love our time at senate square! Such a great location. This is our second Bozzuto property and we appreciate all the effort the company does to make sure residents are taken care of. We moved during covid and they really helped during this trying time.

The worst apartment living complex. Too many issues and all of the follow-ups. This is supposed to be LUXURY! Here is a list of all of the issues since we have been here.
