It's a car park. My car was there when I got back. £10 for 3 hours from 7.15 pm, so not cheap. If you don't collect by midnight your car is locked in until morning opening.

Handy for that side of the city. Spaces aren't generous but still ok for larger cars, SUVs. Watch your tailgate opening in some spaces as ducting severely hampers headroom in those spots, our tailgate won't open fully in these.
Updated price list as of November 2024 - still a lot cheaper than the extortion on the high streets and was only a short walk away from Victoria St/ Grassmarket
