What can I say, following a lovely night in Whitby we were ready for hitting the road home only to have an extremely flat tyre! A quick pump up and while deliberating on what to do (as phoning round nowhere had a tyre in stock) we came across Selly Hill. A polite ask and the tyre was swiftly checked, mended - as there was a sizeable chunk of metal in the tyre - put back on and we were off and on our way again. Terrible service!! Had my mums car in for its MOT, failed and told us it would be £660 for the repairs. Then had the car 3 WEEKS, all while booking other cars in and repairing them before my mums. False promises of ‘it’ll be done tomorrow’ or ‘he’ll work Saturday to get it done’, never happened. Absolute JOKE of a garage. Then had the NERVE to charge nearly £800. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
