5 weeks of scaffolding up eye sore from our neighbours 4yrs living with damp mould both my flat and upstairs it's horrendous .finally the scaffolding is down but still issues. Pillar to post is the word...apparently his sister Laura is in charge but not on the books .

Still ongoing issues from my move in July 2021. And possibly before. Couldn't be more truthfully hope it put right but weather tampers it ...
As a landlord I have found sell smart extremely helpful in finding tenants. Overall an excellent service that I would highly recommend
