I buy vacuum From them it does not work from first they only work one week after that is not getting on. I text him email they don’t answering. They are dodgy.
Avoid! They are selling trash. Bought Smeg milk frother, refurbished with 1 year seller warranty. Item failed after 8 months. Returned to the seller for replacement/refund. Seller confirmed delivery and asked for PayPal account for refund. Since then the seller stopped responding messages. No refund was received, so after 1 month of waiting I asked my bank for charge back due to fraud.
Avoid this seller at all costs. Completely dishonest and deceptive. I purchased a faulty kettle, and when I returned it as requested, I never received my refund—over £80 lost. This seller is nothing but a scammer. Stay far away!

I've had 2 items from here, an air fryer, which we got for just over half of shop price and a vacuum cleaner which. Was half shop price, due to box being damaged, the items were brand new. Fantastic value and quick service. Would definitely reccomend and I'll definitely use again
