I contacted this storage more than 1 week ago by email and did not get a response so not very responsive. I needed student storage near to me but had to look elsewhere.
Our belongings were damaged due to flooding that took place on the premises. Unit B50 was affected by flooding and several other units too. I would not recommend this storage facility.
We used a unit in Selfstore London, Fitzrovia for a year. We needed a place to both store items and receive parcels, and this did both. Paul who manages the facility was invaluable in helping us receive parcels, as well as track down the ones which were left outside. He saved us a fortune. Thanks for all your help Paul!
