Very sorry that I bothered. Website says they let to students and professionals. They didn't answer a query and when I phoned, I spoke to someone very unbothered and disinterested. There's nothing on the website to indicate that your property MUST be in walking distance of the campus in order to get a civil response.
I’ve recently had to move out of my old flat under very short notice and through this whole process I’ve had a lovely woman by the name of Pamela answering my every worry and question. She has made this stressful situation a lot easier to cope with and has been answering all of my questions no matter how simple they may be with frequent responses. I often have trouble understanding simple tasks but Pamela explained everything I had to complete in a very clear but professional manor. I’d definitely recommend these services!
An excellent company who are a pleasure to deal with, they really go out of their way to help their tenants. Would recommend to any student looking for accommodation in Sunderland
