Sleaford branch. Don’t care about tenants or landlords. I have a fence which is their tenants fence that is very damaged and was leaning into my property. After complaining numerous time, they sent someone out and they apparently fixed the fence. Very frndly staff, Very Attentive, polite in nature and helpful
The staff listen to problems with properties but don't do anything to sort them out they are very condiscending and rude when anything is said against the property your renting and your always at fault. We had a faulty cooker for 6 months an no matter how many electric shocks we received nothing was done about it right away it's always we have to get in touch with the landlord which took ages, every window in the house was draughty took almost a year to fix and even though the plumber said the property had poorly installed p... read more
