The sign of a good company has to be when there is a problem they sort without fuss. Had 6 year old door with a couple of 'problems'. Adrian sorted without any problems and resolved the issue perfectly. His team did a superb retro job and have to say we would use this company again without doubt. We used Select to fit replacement doors and windows throughout in Aug 2014 and were very impressed at the time with the quality, cost & staff. Minor issue with the lock on a door cropped up July 2023 so we visited showroom in Ferndown expecting to be pointed in the direction of Minor fitting to replace somewhere like B & Q. We were thrilled when staff confirmed that the 10 year warranty meant a visit within 48 hours, replacement free of charge as well as adjustment of 2 sets of patio doors to improve ongoing functionality.
