Our stay in BT12 was very pleasant. We didn't face any problem with the agency. Yes it was difficult to contact the agent sometimes leading to multiple trials however the job would get done. Infact many lights etc have been changed without any charge. We have even received deposit back on time. So overall good experience unlike other agencies.

Never rent with this company if you want your health to be good. Have been renting a house in holylands since September and when I moved in there was severe mould in most of the rooms. The bathroom had a whole wall covered in mould, as does my bedroom. The landlord doesn't respond to your texts until it comes to missing rent then they're on you to pay. By far the worst property management I have ever seen. Took my daughters money dumped her belongings failed to Adhere to health and safety matters. My daughter has now chronic asthma from the damp and mould in one of the houses which resulted in her being admitted into resuscitation. I reported the mould numerous times completely ignored mould is dangerous please beware!!!!
