Thank you for your response Leon. However on a two minute apt how you got all this information is a mystery. On booking my appointment I specifically asked if they were all trained audiologists. Your receptionists assured me they were. I did not try to go to my G.P. as you well know they dont1 microsuction anymore. I paid £85 on booking my apt so was not expecting a free treatment. I do NOT get wax in my ears but suffer from ear eczma so have a lot of skin debris. After working in a hospital for 28yrs I would NEVER have resp... read more
