I recently contacted this carpet retailer to query a billing discrepancy regarding a payment I had made. Specifically, the cost of two 'runners' appeared to have been omitted from the final invoice. Regrettably, the interaction that ensued with one of the store’s managers was among the most unprofessional and discourteous experiences I have encountered in a retail setting. I needed new carpets for two very small rooms. I was given a date for fixing and the fitter arrived promptly. He did a lovely job in very small spaces and everything was left neat and tidy. I don't know his name but many thanks.
Really good in shop experience and fitters nice but disappointed with actual carpet fitting. We had new carpets fitted in lounge, on stairs and the bedrooms, decent quality carpet so not cheap. In every room the carpet cut/stretched too much so it's coming away from the grippers. The staircase carpet fitting in particular isn't great. Unfortunately not a company we would use again. My sister also had this company to fit her carpets and said she would have told us to steer clear of them if she had know we had booked them!
Really pleased with our carpet that was installed yesterday, quick service was measured on Wednesday and installed in the Friday ! Allowed us to bring samples home to check what we wanted also , will be back for the rest of the house - thank you
