Rachael, Zoe and the team at Segment Storage are very proactive in helping provide the best storage for your needs. Flexible with the key fob access till late and weekends with advise on best way to keep your kit safe and secure. Storage area is very clean and good lighting. Would use again if and when my needs change.

Rachael, Zoe and the team at Segment Storage were absolutely fantastic. My parents retired and had to store their belongings whilst their forever home was being renovated. Segment Storage was the perfect place. Accommodating, friendly and a personal service surrounded by a modern, clean, and accessible facility. Couldn’t ask for more, would highly recommend. 10/10!

Due to plans changing I won’t be needing storage for another few months now but I just wanted to leave a review for Zoë as she was super friendly and helpful giving me loads of information over the phone! Hopefully I’ll be storing with you guys at some point later in the year :)

We travelled from Shropshire early to be greeted by Zoe with a lovely cup of tea and warm welcome 🙏 amazing hospitality/ storage and accessibility, “top notch 👌”we have as a removals firm “ understandably “ been to many storage Units , and I honestly would rate this as my favourite so far , thank you Zoe, and next time I promise to bring the chocolate 🍫 I promised you 😬H&A
