Whilst unfortunately my buy fell through i want to just say that Charlotte who supported me through viewings and then after sale was second to none. Polite, friendly and genuinely caring .. as soon as i find another buyer and back on the hunt, she will be my first port of call. Best agents in Norwich!!!
Unlike other estate agents who visited to value our property (and whose complete life story we now know!), Suzanne was amazingly professional. She identified all the positive aspects about our property, explained the current market conditions and was able to justify the valuation she was giving us, leaving us feeling very informed.
