RecommendedI dropped my F-150 off for a radiator fluid leak that I couldn't find (radiator fluid everywhere under the hood). My appointment wasn't until 11 January. The heater didn't work and was not drivable so I dropped the truck off on 4 January and expressed my need for the truck as it was my only business vehicle. Only thing I can think of was when we went to buy our new truck they only had two Super Duty 250 in stock and were pushing the 150. We wanted to buy a new truck right away and only had the two to pick from. Like the long bed and the two doors ended up with the short bed. Next time we will look around more before we buy on the spot. Salesman said to special order one but we wanted to buy at the time and not wait.

Told me they would decrease my value trade by $500 if I didn’t come in that day to sign papers on the new vehicle I was interested in. Poor customer service and would NEVER buy there.

Bobbie, I talked with your salesperson Rick and the new car sales manager Bryant about this matter because decreasing your trade would not be ethical just because you couldn't come in and sign papers. I did not realize our used car sales manager said he would actually give you an extra $500 on top of the value of your trade if you came in at the agreed scheduled appointment time. Trying to give Seekins my money is like pulling teeth. Phones ring off the hook and when you go in after getting tired of trying to call, you wait for an insane amount of time. The illusion that they know they have your business because they are the only ford dealership in town is very real. Just sad.

Had some work done paid in advance when i went to pick it up i was charged another 124.00 because i had an after market stereo was told that when they called me to pick it up . Just sprung it on me
