Friendly until they get your $$ and then amnesia sets in. I'm pretty frustrated and annoyed over the Quick Lube service that I essentially prepaid and can never seem to use it unless it's a huge inconvenience to me. I'm done with you Seekins. This F150 is going to the next buyer and I'm never buying another ford again. $2200 for prepaid maintenance that I can't seem to use.

We had an excellent service experience at Seekins Ford in Fairbanks, AK. If we lived in Fairbanks they would be our dealer for life. My wife and I are fulltime RVs traveling the country. About 100 miles out of Fairbanks the transmission on our 2016 Class C RV failed and would not shift into overdrive. We were stranded on the outskirts of civilization. They got us in the next morning. The service was excellent and they had the equipment to lift and service our rig. They pulled the transmission and towed us to a safe nearby cu... read more

Sherwood was a great salesman and that was the best experience I have had at this dealer. I would not recommend anyone to have there car fixed by there body shop. Was involved in a crash back in November and wanted Seekins to fix my vehicle since it is a 2015 model. However it is August and still trying to get it fixed right. Body shop painted the car and paint was bubbled up so I had them repainted it as well as the panels not aligned. Tom Mensing: I was traveling by RV from Montana to Alaska (6500 mi)and back this August and just before I got to Fairbanks the break lights wouldn't go out . I called Seekins Ford and explained by problem and appealed to them as a traveler in distress . They worked me in the next morning and Chris applied his magic and solved the problem. We are grateful to Chris and Seekins Ford for their prompt competent and courteous service. The trip went well and their help added to our Alaska Adventure.
