Is there any other place in town where I can take my car for maintenance? Could I get a refund on the lifetime oil change? Every time I take my car here even for just an oil change service ALWAYS sucks. POOR, POOR SERVICE.
Had an issue with customer service and emailed a manager about it a week ago and still haven't gotten a reply from him yet. Not sure how this is good customer service that seekins advertises. I don't think customers should be ignored.
