BEWARE TOTAL FRAUD!!! This company called and claimed to be with my credit card company. My credit card company has never heard of them. They charged my credit card $479 and are refusing refund also refusing to send complaint to their own dispute department!!!
I had a bad experience with this company. Their technical support division appears ruthlessly focused on protecting the company's bottom line vs. admitting mistakes or patiently helping less tech-savvy laymen customers understand what's needed/not needed. They issued me a PCI compliance certificate and then removed it in the same day! They also ran four dummy orders through my site without notifying me to prove a "point" that wasn't conclusive because they didn't use real credit card numbers. We don't store CC data on our servers, all our transactions are processed through a PCI compliant 3rd party. Also you hike the price from £11.99 to £29.99 and take it from my account without authorisation. Can you just remind me what I'm paying you for?
