Customer service is non-existent. Took 2-3 days for an initial reply, and subsequently haven't heard from the rep Josh in over a week with multiple emails to chase. The system doesn't hold onto false positives, so these need to be re-submitted each time. Live chat is absolutely redundant as they tell you to call customer service. Shockingly poor.
Received an email stating we were not in compliance and subject to fines. Their emails appear to be "official" from PCI compliance. I knew we were in compliance but thought maybe an error had occurred. I clicked their link and it took me to a website to pay either $285 or $385 to get into compliance I knew right then it was a scam. I logged onto my credit card providers website and showed we are in compliance. What a piece of crap company that feels they have to lie and scam to get clients. No, simply NO! Have invested hours on ANOTHER failed PCI compliance scan where the vulnerability has been patched and reported as a false positive for months. Client is on my back about "PCI non-compliance fees" emails they are receiving. The whole process of reporting false positives is ridiculous.
