I'm a customer that has used your services twice and it was great. My last home security camera install from 4 years ago has come up with an issue. No one seems to be giving me any attention with advice after I called a few days ago. Also I've left messages/pics/vids of my issue with the dealer. I would obviously pay if you needed to come out to fix anything etc. But even a soft chat over the phone/assistance via someone technical will probably resolve this in 10 mins. I'd be grateful if someone would get back to me. Thanks
