Very pleasant dealing with Dana on the telephone to arrange appointments. Meeting Jeremy McGinn to value our house. Found him to be very helpful and fair with his comments. Haven't yet made that big decision to sell. Will definitely be using this agent when we are ready. Thank you both for your help.
Rang and left a message about a property for sale . No response. Rang and spoke to someone explained what I was interested in 2 days still no response. Poor service
While trying to inform the team that there was an alarm sounding in an empty property they were dealing with i had the phone put down on me. Very rude! They made no comments that they may already have known. Perhaps ignorance is bliss. Hope the vendor doesn't have a problem!
