UPDATE: Since posting this review, an engineer has attended the property. Following this, the owner contacted me and confirmed – after receiving an update from the engineer – that the intercom system itself is functioning as intended and that the issue was not due to a fault with the installation or the system, but rather an external factor which has now been addressed. I have been a customer of Securebase since they installed our first alarm and were recommended by a friend. This was +/- 25 years ago. In addition to using them for the annual system maintenance they have also installed, among other things, locks, security lighting and other minor items over the years. Their service is second to none in terms of speed and effifiency, staff exceptionally pleasant, polite and helpful and the company is thoroughly reliable. I cannot praise them enough!

Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. The shop is basically terrorised by a silly dog and they care more about the dog then customers. You cannot go inside before they lock the precious dog away. They are selling locks but not the door handles but they arent even sure. I literally watched two adults in the shop going back and forth saying we should have the bathroom door handles and oh no we don't for a good two minutes.
