Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. The shop is basically terrorised by a silly dog and they care more about the dog then customers. You cannot go inside before they lock the precious dog away. They are selling locks but not the door handles but they arent even sure. I literally watched two adults in the shop going back and forth saying we should have the bathroom door handles and oh no we don't for a good two minutes.
We have used Securebase for installation of our alarm, CCTV and panic buttons. The engineers are extremely professional and friendly and the system is fantastic. We are now able to view all cameras and set the alarm from the mobile app where ever we are. We can now leave the house assured that it is secure and keep an eye on everything whilst we are away. We use Securebase at my workplace for many years and I can't complain. They are reliable and always get the job done. Special thanks to Tamas, he is great.
Absolutely bad customer service, no direct number to speak to someone, need to get through the office to reach the right department, no WhatsApp number, it takes forever for someone to reply at the emails. When it comes to sales the emails flow immediately. Absolutely disappointed 😞
