Our initial contact with this business was with a lady called Pam over the telephone. She was so very pleasant, helpful, informative & efficient providing us with a storage plot for our caravan. Other staff that we came into contact with were brilliant too. The smooth hand over when we arrived to put our caravan in storage was excellent. You can see why this business has a platinum rating.
