I have stored my valuable contents for over a year with this company , fantastic service , nothing a problem , friendly and polite staff , i wouldnt hesistate to use them again when needed to safely look after my possesions , a 5 star company .

Liam and Helen were incredibly efficient and helpful. They somehow managed to get all our furniture down from the 6th floor in a small lift, and then back up a set of incredibly steep stairs at our new place. They even dis-assembled and then re-assembled the beds.

I have nothing but praise for Helen and Liam who loaded up my son’s seemingly endless boxes of belongings and household items in March to put into storage and then, several months later, travel from Ongar to the Suffolk/Norfolk borders and painstakingly unload everything again. They are polite, hardworking and, despite working in very hot conditions on the day, always cheerful and amiable. I would highly recommend The Secure Storage Company for their professionalism, enthusiasm and price.
