Disgusting service. I booked an appointment for my dad to organise his POA. I was asked to pay a deposit to secure the appointment, which was fully refundable, which I did. The day of the appointment less than 1 hour before hand they rang to cancel. They then couldn't arrange another appointment, so I cancelled and asked for a refund.. I have requested now 3 times, and I am still waiting. Absolutely not acceptable!!
Didn't work for us, not happy with layout/wording of will. Staff are very good but we didn't like having to pay nearly £600 up front!! Did get it back though. So 👍
