We had not had a new system for 28 years so we thought we would invest in new technology....!!!!! John (Sales) was very competent. He came and showed us the system and answered all our questions. Within 2 days Richard (fitter) came and fitted it. No mess at all. All done within 3 hours. Including a long chat explaining the operations. 2 weeks soon past and we had made a list of a few questions we would like to ask to tune it for our liking. I would definitly recommend Secure Home Systems. The product sold to me by Kristy and installed by Daniel is excellent and easy to use. Kristy and Daniel both showed me great patience and understanding in both completeing the on line paper work and giving us encouragement and confidence to use the equipement. The latter can be the most important when one was born in the fifties!
John come out to give a quote and demonstration of the alarm system ,shown us how easy it is to use and the installation was carried out by Richard he installed the system showed how to set alarm . All installed without any mess or dust from drilling nice and tidy job done by Richard would recommend this Alarm system to friends and family if they are looking for new alarm system.
Just had my alarm system fitted ,very happy .Richard the installer was professional & polite .he explained everything we needed to know. Kristy who we first dealt with was great 👍 explained everything as it is([no bull).This seems like a company that will do everything they can to help .
From start to finish, very professional, no hard sell, customer focus. Kristy on the phone who gave me a good description of the system and followed up when completed. Booked and fitted all within the week. Unfortunately, forgotten the engineers name but he was excellent, tidy and did a great job. Always checking at every stage that everything was OK. I would recommend, thank you Secure Home Systems.
