Ordered alarm batteries and paid for next day delivery. Fobbed off by the owner stating DHL had held the package contained batteries but still didn’t provide tracking number. Insisted I needed the batteries asap so he said he would process refund and if the batteries turned up I could keep them. Didn’t receive a refund despite chasing several times (and neither did the batteries turn up) so had to dispute payment with my credit card provider.
