We had a hard drive that died. Secure Data Recovery was able to diagnose the issue quickly, get a quote out and have the issue resolved and sent back off to us. We hope to never use them again but if we have to we won't be calling anyone else. We worked with Elijah R. and he was professional and responsive, could ask for a better experience.

I'm a videographer/editor and I exclusively use Western Digital hard drives. An unfortunate event occurred with 2 (one from the client and one of mine) of our hard drives crashed and we are unable to remedy it. I dropped my iPhone Xs off to them in person at their Cleveland brach to have it forensically examined to check if it had been hacked. They two associates working in the window (it was literally a hole in the wall) were rude and treated me as if I knew nothing of computers. I was emailed a contract that I was to sign, to authorize the billing of a $1500 retainer. Upon further thought I decided not to go with them. Elijah Robinson was amazing. I had a very large external hard drive that stopped working. I was sure the data was lost, but Secure Data figured out a way to recover the data and get it back to me in a reasonable amount of time.
