Potentially losing decades of data is an emotionally fraught experience, but he kept in touch every step of the way, and made me confident that someone was making sure I got the best service possible.
My backup of my backup, which I started using as my regular external drive, stopped working. 🤦♀️ From the beginning, Kurt Pietrick was very responsive to messages and getting the process of recovery going. Because of the amount of files I had on the drive, I'm not sure if it was a 100% recovery, but they were able to retrieve enough to get us back on track. Many thanks to all of those involved!
I was very, very skeptical. They did an incredible job. So it was so great that it was recovered. The price is high but all companies charges were high but I really needed the data.
