I have a hard drive that crashed and I sent it to Secure Data Recovery for repair. While I ultimately didn't end up choosing to repair the drive, the service I received working with Elijah Robinson was great. He was patient, thorough and friendly answering my questions and helping me through the process.
Elijah was absolutely amazing to work with. We submitted a 2TB drive that had photos and videos from the last 15 years on it. All files were able to be recovered and Elijah responded very quickly to my emails and answered all questions thoroughly. I honestly didn’t expect such a fast response to my emails but several times, he responded within minutes. Elijah was a pleasure to work with.
