I worked with Chris McMacken on restoring my precious family photos and videos from a heavily damaged, encrypted drive. Though I really had my doubts, if the data is restorable without any significant data loss, Chris and Secure Data came through. I would definitely do business again with them and will recommend their services to my friends as well. Not to mention buy a couple of more of their SecureDrives to store my data in a secure/safe/yet easily accessible way.
Chris has been very helpful and good with communications. I had a drive that could not be recovered by another company but Chris was able to recover 87% of data. Got the secured drive today.

Secure Data Recovery recovered all of our data from 17 large hard drives damaged in a water leak at our office. The entire process was smooth, well-managed, and timely. Mitchell Moore and Chris McMacken were very helpful and quick to respond every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend.
