I sent a message to Secure Data Recovery and Chris McMacken responded the same day. I had a hard drive with 1000s of clients pictures and I lost it all. Great customer service. Jake was clear and prompt with his emails. Answered all my questions. I got all my data back quickly. It was probably a small project by their standards but they treated me like a big company. If you want your data back quickly use them.
I was referred to Secure Data Recovery when the hard drive on my iphone was damaged and I lost a couple years of photos of my kids, events, etc. Many of the photos were valuable memories for me and Secure Data Recovery was able to recover them. It isn't cheap, but worth the cost. Chris McMacken and he was very responsive and worked with me during the entire process. Would recommend them for anyone who needs a data recovery service.
