In the throes of panic over a failed external hard drive, Jake G. and the Secure team were always kind and quick to reply, responsive and thorough walking me through all the options and answering all my questions, of which there were many. My data was completely recovered and returned as promised plus guidance about backing up in the future to avoid another lost data crisis. I would highly recommend using this company. They are very personable and more than capable of getting the job done!! I lost my brothers engagement video due to our drone flying into a big lake and it had sat under water for two days. They were able to find all of the videos and pictures!! Wonderful company.
