Chris was incredibly helpful and walked through every option with me on how to efficiently and successfully recover my data. I brought my personal external harddrive (every photo I've ever taken) in to see if the data could be recovered and was a nervous wreck trying to pick the right recovery service. I spoke to Chris on the phone and he was immensely helpful: from explaining the cleaning process to making sure the service was affordable to me (I just had to wait a little longer). Elijah Robinson was my customer service representative and he was nothing short of AMAZING! From start to finish he was in constant contact with me. The team at Secure Data worked with me to recover data from my Western Digital external hard drive that had read/write head failures. I am extremely happy to say that every file on my corrupted hard drive was fully recovered. I am so grateful so the services ghat Secure Data provides and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! I contacted Secure Data Recovery a few years ago and Chris McMaken answered all my questions and was so patient with me. It was too expensive at the time so he sent my hard drive back packaged so well and told me they would help when I was ready. I was recently ready and called and explained how I had contacted them a few years earlier and they were able to look up my information and put me right back with Chris and we picked up right were we had left off, same price they had quoted me earlier. Called Chris at SDR at around 9pm on a Friday night freaking out after my toddler dropped my external hard drive. Every photo since my two kids were born was on that drive and not backed up (learned that lesson the hard way).
