Customer service deplorable, response times on the "emergency" telephone line were over 5 minutes and the one time we were attempted to be burgled, no phone call was received to any of the 4 numbers provided. Following that, after cancelling following this lack of service, they refuse to come out and remove the system, instead asking for me to incur the cost of the electrician to power it down as it could not be switched off at the electricity point without setting the alarm system off.
