Totally unreasonable! Kids can't play outside, friends can't bring their dog whilst visiting. Make your life hell. AVOID!!!! They harass, control and hate.
My family want to move there but after chatting with the neighborhood around the estate no games for kids, no pets, you can't leave anything outside, no plants really shocking !!! and the admin person wasnt that helpful either and actually she was rude!
