I won't give Seatons 1 star because I have never used their services. My reason for this review is not to lambast Seatons work, as I have no experience of that. Rather it is to make others aware that there are far cheaper options out there who do the standard work that I have requested far cheaper than seatons. I have been going through a very acrimonious divorce for the past 3 years and I have run out of money, as such I had to learn how to do things myself, and it is difficult divorce law and property laws are minefields. ... read more
I was recommended to use Seatons for my house purchase after a year of delays on my sale as well as a failed purchase with another solicitor and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough as their service was truly amazing! Siobhan and Claire were always there to answer any questions I had making the whole process feel more personal and they also managed to complete it in record time too.
