Poor poor surgery. Cannot get through on the phone, no queuing system or answer phone, it just rings and rings. Go down to the surgery to find the doors are locked with a sign to say ring the bell. Waited 15minutes for someone to come to the door. Changed the online booking system but cannot use the new system or the old one. Absolutely bizarre how anyone is still using their service.
Never known a doctor's like this before no care and careless attitude from the doctor . And trying to get a human to phone with your and your partners results is beond me .
Has turned into one of the worst( if not the worst) practices around. Very poor service. A disgrace.
